All content, branding, software and systems on the FUNDA platform are the property of Agentic Fifth (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission. Past examination papers sourced from the DBE are used in accordance with applicable fair use provisions for educational purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, FUNDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of academic opportunity, failure to achieve desired examination results, or any other educational outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

FUNDA collects data from learners, some of whom may be under the age of 18. We comply with POPIA's provisions regarding the processing of personal information of children. Sponsors receive only aggregated, anonymised data about learner engagement and impact. Individual learner names, scores or personal information are never shared with sponsors. Sponsor dashboards show population-level statistics only.

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing privacy@fundafun.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
